• Pre-Licensing Students: Be advised, the use of various questions in this licensing course are designed to review and reinforce key concepts in accordance with the licensing content outline. Test questions used are not and should not be considered duplicates of actual licensing exam questions.
• CE Students: By law, CE providers have 30 days to file credits. If this class is less than 30 days from your compliance date, the CE administrator may not have sufficient time to record your credits. Stacking: You will NOT receive credit for this classroom CE course if you have taken the same subject matter as a classroom or self-study course from FSI during your two-year cycle. It is your responsibility to track the courses taken. If you are denied credit by the Insurance Department for “stacking” refunds or credits will NOT be made. If you have questions call FSI.
• Refund Policy: Total tuition is refundable if the class is canceled by FSI. If you leave the class after one hour, no refund will be given. • Class Credit/Certificate: FSI reserves the right not to give CE credit or Pre-Licensing Certificate of Completion to any student who: 1) leaves the class early 2) does not attend the class in it’s entirety or 3) is late for class or comes back late from scheduled breaks.
